We make products available for purchase through our website and mobile applications. Your purchase is governed by these Terms of Sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”). Your purchase of a Vendor’s Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales, described in Section 1.3 below, is governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales and these Terms will cease to apply at the time of such purchase. Your use of our websites and mobile applications is governed by our Terms of Sale.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us. By purchasing products and/or clicking to “Accept” these Terms where that option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not make any purchases us.

Our websites and mobile applications allow you to buy and redeem our non-reloadable Electronic Gift Certificate (“Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales”). The Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales may be initially loaded in variable amounts with specified increments and is only valid for the purchase by you (or the recipient of your Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales) of Vendor Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales via our websites or mobile applications. Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales can NOT be used in retail stores. If you purchase multiple Money/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales on a single day, the total/aggregate amount that you load on all the products should not exceed $1500 in a single day. Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales have no monthly fees and will never expire; however, if you (or the recipient of your Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales) do not use the Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales once activated a “non-usage” fee may apply. Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales are nonrefundable or exchanges will be provided for Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales (except as required by law).

After purchasing an Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales, these Terms will no longer apply and you (or the recipient of the Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales) must redeem, the Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales by following the instructions provided by the Vendor, defined below. In some cases, the Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales will be automatically redeemed by the specified merchant vendor. The Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales will only function upon such activation. Activated Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales may be available within seconds; however, additional time may be required for certain activations. If your Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales has not been activated within 1 hour, please contact the merchant vendor from whose site you purchased the Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales

Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales Vendor Terms and Liability

Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales purchased via our websites or mobile applications are issued and activated by participating third-party merchants, retailers and vendors (collectively “Vendors”). Your purchase of each Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales will be governed by certain terms and conditions established by the issuing Vendor. Depending on the applicable law of your jurisdiction and the promotional nature of certain Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales, Vendors may set expiration dates for such Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales, in addition to other restrictions and requirements. • With respect to our products, risk of loss and title for such products pass to you when you complete your purchase of the applicable product. We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from stolen or lost product (including Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales) or any use of your product (including Load Packs/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales) without your permission. We are not responsible for replacing your damaged or lost product or Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales.
• We and our licensees, affiliates, and licensors make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to our products, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Subject to the monetary caps described in Section 1 above, our products are transferrable within the USA; however, you can NOT resale Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales to a third party.

These disclaimers and limitations may or may not apply to you and are void where prohibited.

When making a purchase on the website or a mobile application, we currently accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards only. Unless otherwise indicated, the denominated value of the product (including Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales) will be billed in full at the time you purchase, and our provides, our product or Load Pack/e-Gift Certificate/Mobile Topup/Pin Sales. All purchases made on the websites or mobile applications are final. If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Enforcement of the Terms is solely in our discretion and our failure to enforce a provision in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in other instances.
